Step into the quiet magic of illustration and paper-folding with Emily Taylor, a Falmouth-based illustrator and designer with deep creative roots in Cornwall.

Emily will guide you through the making of a Victorian Puzzle Purse — a delicate, folded paper token that once held hidden drawings, handwritten notes, and secret messages of love. Each layer of the purse reveals something new, like opening a story piece by piece.

This is an intimate, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn both the history and the practical craft of creating your own puzzle purse. You’ll spend time sketching, folding, and decorating, working slowly and mindfully, with coffee and cake included.

It’s a perfect pause from the rush of life — a chance to create something personal and lasting, guided by Emily’s thoughtful teaching and passion for illustration.
