Tune up & elevate your energies with JBK in this meditative, immersive experience that uses sound vibrations to clear energy blockages and restores harmony to the body’s seven main energy centers (chakras).

Enjoy being transported to a higher dimension as you are gracefully guided through intention setting and some simple body movements and breathing exercises to help clear & open your energy centers more fully. Then you will simply get comfortable and rest as you bathe in the mesmerizing sound waves of
Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, a sonic gong, and other healing vibrational instruments - tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to each
chakra.

Some of the benefits received may include deep relaxation, emotional release, and improved wellbeing. This event is also a wonderful gift when shared with
family members and friends!

The event will be non-heated. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolster are provided to make your healing space most comfortable. Doors open 20 minutes prior to the event. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to set up and settle into your space. This event will begin promptly.

Jennifer Beth Kelly
Jennifer (aka JBK) has been teaching and practicing yoga & meditation for over 25 years. She has trained in the shamanic realms in Santa Fe, NM, as well as studied with the School of Vibrational Healing in NYC for nearly 30 years. She has been playing Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and other healing instruments for 20 years, and was personally trained by the founders of Crystal Tones Singing Bowls in Salt Lake City, NV. JBK is known for her upbeat, warm, approachable style, making all feel welcome in her classes. You can find her on
