Every penny raised goes straight to The Mermaid Centre Fund at Royal Cornwall Hospital Charity, funding the extras that the NHS budget doesn’t stretch to; the things that lift spirits, enhance care, and make a real difference to patients, families and staff. From equipment, to training to new buildings. 

This isn’t just a parade it’s a wave of strength, solidarity and celebration. And for 2026, everyone is invited to dive in. Whether you’re rocking a pink wig, shimmering in sequins, or swishing your fins with pride, you’re part of something truly special.
