Step into the womb of the earth.

Through heat, breath, prayer and song, we gather for an evening Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony — a traditional ritual of purification, release and renewal.

This is a space to:
• Shed what no longer serves
• Cleanse body, mind and spirit
• Reconnect with the elements, the land, and your inner fire

Held with care and respect for the lineage of the Temazcal.

Exchange: £60

Please bring:
• A towel
• Something to wear in the lodge (sarong / dress / shorts)
• A bottle of water
