How to press edible flowers using books and the cheats method in the microwave.
Crystalising edible flowers with sugar as a way of preserving
Making and colouring royal icing to complement your florals
Flood icing biscuits using a piping bag
You will then be able to let your creativity flow and decorate 8 shortbread biscuits using pre-pressed flowers and your crystalised blooms.
You’ll take your biscuits home in a box to impress friends and family, as well as a special gift box for your best creation.
You will also be given a recipe for delicious shortbread biscuits and a list of edible flowers that are safe to use.
