Join JBK for an inward journey featuring intention setting, gentle energetic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and deep restorative rest — all supported by the healing vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls and other high-frequency sound instruments.

Jennifer Beth Kelly (aka JBK) has been teaching and practicing yoga & meditation for over 25 years. She was raised in Falmouth and has studied and taught throughout the US.
JBK has extensive training in the world of energetics and vibrational healing. She has trained in the shamanic realms in Santa Fe, NM, as well as studied with the School of Vibrational Healing in NYC for nearly 30 years. She was also personally trained by the founders of Crystal Tones Signing Bowls in Salt Lake City, NV.
She has been playing Alchemy Crystal Signing Bowls and other sound healing instruments for 20 years.
