For years, these forests have provided popular opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, and snowmobiling. Over time, however, storms, erosion, and increasing use have taken a toll on portions of the trail network.OSI is working with project partners to create a long-term vision for sustainable, enjoyable, and resilient trails that can serve the Greater Portland community for decades to come.This open house is your opportunity to help guide that vision. Participants can review concepts, share priorities, identify opportunities and concerns, and provide direct feedback to the planning team. Whether you're a frequent trail user or simply interested in the future of these community forests, your input is valuable.The event is open to all ages and designed to be flexible. Attendees can participate at their own pace by visiting a series of interactive stations and kiosks.
