Dr. Taylor Goodwill will be leading this series to help keep our athletes and patients safe when they are working out in the gym. We will be covering proper warm up techniques, core engagement for loaded activities, and proper techniques for classic lifts. The goal is to have everyone learn the proper form then move onto circuit style training classes.

Classes are limited to 5 people and are $30 per session.
