STRIKELAB at Berman Park

Join us for a high-energy STRIKELAB class as part of the Falls Church Fitness Challenge! 🥊

On Saturday, April 18 at 10:30am, STRIKELAB brings their signature boxing and kickboxing workout to Berman Park in Falls Church (236 Irving St).

Expect a fun, all-levels session focused on striking fundamentals, conditioning, and total-body movement. No experience needed — just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and be ready to move.

Whether you’re training hard or just trying something new, this is a great way to get outside, connect with the community, and be part of the Falls Church Fitness Challenge.
