Forever Dancing Ballroom Showcase is open to all dance and art schools of Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Forever Dancing Ballroom's theatrical setting offers the opportunity for choreographers to utilize special lighting, audio and video effects.

This year's Forever Dancing Ballroom Winter Showcase will be a thematic Holiday production titled, “WINTER WONDERLAND BALLROOM & LATIN DANCE SHOW” and it will quite simply be one of the most delightful and enchanting holiday shows, featuring glittering costumes, a dazzling cast and the greatest amateur ballroom dancers of Washington, DC.

*November 15th: Deadline for Showcase enrollment. School, affiliated schools, independent instructors should submit their enrollment forms.
*November 22nd: All media for the show, including videos, music and lighting information should be submitted to production director by email (attachment, clouds link etc.) at RmFiaW8gfCBGb3JldmVyRGFuY2luZyAhIGNvbQ== , or by mail (flash drive, memory cards etc.) to 5818 Seminary Rd. , Falls Church, VA, 22041, suite B.
*December 12th – Dress Rehearsal. 8:15PM to 9:30PM.
*December 13th – Evening – ” WINTER WONDERLAND BALLROOM/LATIN SHOW”

The Lesson. 6:15PM to 6:45PM – Mini Social Dance Class for spectators.
This lesson is design for beginners. Learn the basic dance figures of Waltz, Rumba, and Swing, no partner is necessary, two left feet are welcome :-).
The Show. 7:00PM to 8:00PM – It is a production with several students and professional from Forever Dancing Ballroom and partner dance schools.
Party. Ballroom/Latin 8:00PM to 10:00PM

*PERFORMERS DANCE ENTRY FEE – $40.00 per dance entry
Includes: Dance entry to participating performers (PRO and AM), Customized lighting for your show, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), show pictures, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services, and dress rehearsal on Dec 12, 2025.

*PERFORMERS PACKAGE – Pro/AM Package -$115.00 Deadline is Nov 22, 2025.
Includes: Admission to participating performers (PRO and AM) and 2 spectators guests, Dance entry to participating performers (PRO and AM), Customized lighting, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), show pictures, souvenir program, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services, dress rehearsal on Dec 12, 2025. and Ballroom Dance party. More spectator guests can be added @ $40 adults, $15 children (up to 12 years old). Please fill up the participation form here!

*FORMATION DANCE ENTRY FEE – $88.00 per formation entry
Includes: One Formation Dance Showcase enrollment Fee, Customized lighting for your show, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), show pictures, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services, and dress rehearsal on Dec 12, 2025.

*FORMATION PACKAGE – 75.00 per person. Deadline is Nov 22, 2025.
Includes: Admission to participating performer and 1 spectators guest, Customized lighting, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), and show pictures, souvenir program, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services, dress rehearsal on Dec 13, 2025. More spectator guests can be added @ $35 adults, $10 children (up to 12 years old).
