Festive Fun with a Broadway Star! Creative Cauldron is thrilled to kick off a new Cabaret Residency with Broadway veteran and DC favorite Susan Derry! Join us for the premiere performance, a festive holiday cabaret on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Accompanied by her longtime collaborator and musical director Howard Breitbart and special guest Manny Arciniega, Susan will bring her signature blend of classic charm, humor, and heartfelt connection to the stage for a perfect evening of music to celebrate the season. Known for her artistry and warmth, Derry's cabaret performances are intimate, honest, and deeply joyful.
"Cabaret lets me share [stories] with heart, humor, and connection," says Derry. "Each cabaret that I create is meant to be intimate and deeply joyful. I couldn't be more excited!" This inaugural show is the first of a three-part residency throughout the 2025-26 season, giving you three chances to experience Susan Derry's acclaimed musical storytelling.
Creative Cauldron tops off our holiday celebration every year with this special Holiday Cabaret Series. Enjoy some of Creative Cauldron’s favorite performers, as well as some talented newcomers. They’ll perform in our intimate cabaret setting with special table seating options that include wine, beer or your favorite beverage.
