We’ll be gathering on a beautiful private property in Fallbrook, surrounded by land, nature, and art throughout the grounds. It’s a peaceful, creative setting designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.

If you feel stuck, you’re not broken. You’re overdue for a reset.

Most people aren’t failing because they’re lazy. They’re stuck because their lives are overloaded, disconnected, and running on old patterns.

This retreat is built around one goal: freedom.
Freedom from the habits, beliefs, and emotional loops that keep you feeling stuck emotionally, financially, physically, or spiritually.

Over the weekend, you’ll be guided through a full-spectrum reset across the areas that shape everyday life:

• Emotional reset and release to let go of what you’ve been carrying
• Mindset and identity work to shift the internal story shaping your decisions
• Relationships and emotional maturity to build healthier patterns
• Money conversations that are practical and grounded, not hype
• Physical health and vitality through simple standards and sustainable habits
• Faith and spiritual alignment (inclusive) through prayer, meditation, breathwork, or personal reflection
• Creative expression and art-making, with hands-on opportunities led by the onsite artist, plus time to explore sculptures and installations throughout the property

Sessions and workshops will be led by coaches, therapists, and wellness practitioners, with time built in for reflection, conversation, and integration.

If you want continued support afterward, you’ll also have the option to sign up for ongoing coaching.

As part of the retreat, each participant will also receive a small, original art piece created specifically for this gathering. It’s meant as a meaningful, tangible reminder of the experience and the shift you’re making, rather than something explained or marketed in advance.
