How do you bring stories from the archive to life in the museum, so that visitors can hear their voices?In this lecture, Eilidh reflects on the process of developing the exhibition War, Destruction and Reform: The Early Years of Mary, Queen of Scots at the Wardlaw Museum with colleagues at the University of St Andrews.Eilidh Lawrence is Head of Museum and Photographic Collections at the University of St Andrews. She is responsible for the strategic development of Museum and Photographic collections at the University, and for the teams that are involved in the management and use of these collections. She is also responsible for the team who manage digital content - from its creation through imaging, to its promotion. Eilidh is interested in developing active collections, and ensuring they are relevant to audiences today.
