- **Event Description**: This is a busy period of time for us all, one often filled with anxiety, worry and stress, while also anticipating the joy of the coming season's celebrations, which can cause us to forget about us personally.

Come along to the second Sound Bath at Dunipace Church Hall, and relax in the warmth and peace of the hall, allowing the vibrations from the instruments to float around you.

Give your mind, and body, the time for you to absorb the sounds and vibrations and find that moment to allow any healing required to commence, and for calm to envelop you.

Open for 12 year olds (with an adult) and over.

Bring yourself, a yoga mat or camping mat, or recliner chair (I can provide yoga mats if you let me know in advance), a blanket and pillow.

6.45pm for 7pm start.

£15pp (£10 for 12 - 16 yr old)

Please let me know beforehand of any health issues, if you are less than 6 months pregnant, or anything at all you feel I should know to ensure your comfort on the night.
