Healthy relationships begin with recognizing the signs.

Join Residence Life, Campus Life, and the Success Center for the One Love Escalation Workshop, a powerful, film-based program designed to help students recognize the warning signs of unhealthy and abusive relationships while empowering participants to safely intervene as active bystanders.

Following the film, participants will engage in a guided discussion about relationship dynamics, communication, consent, and how to support friends who may be experiencing unhealthy relationships.

The One Love Foundation was established in 2010 after Yeardley Love, a senior at the University of Virginia, was killed by her former boyfriend. Her family created the foundation to educate young people about the warning signs of relationship abuse and to help prevent similar tragedies through education and awareness.

Whether you're looking to learn more, support your peers, or strengthen your understanding of healthy relationships, this workshop provides valuable knowledge that can make a difference.
