Step into the magic of the season as City Hall transforms into a winter wonderland!
Doors open at 3:30 PM, where you’ll receive your Holiday Passport — filled with information about the wonderful vendors, organizations, and businesses hosting festive crafts, activities, games, and giveaways throughout the event.
At 4:45 PM, turn in your completed passport to be entered into our raffle baskets, then grab a warm drink and pastry as you make your way outside for a winter performance by Tippi Toes — leading up to the grand moment when the tree lights up the City at 5 PM sharp!
