Forest bathing walk at Blue Lake

Join Bea Ogden, a certified forest therapy guide of Luminous Together, for a forest bathing experience. Engage in sensory activities, mindful walking techniques and take part in reflective sharing. Move at your own pace and embrace the wisdom of the land.

Cost: free; parking fee $5 car/$7 van or bus
Ages: 10 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by adults.
Difficulty: easy
Advanced registration is required. Class size is limited to 15.

Pets policy: To protect plants, wildlife and people, Metro does not allow pets at most regional parks and natural areas.

Service animal policy: Service animals are welcome at all Metro properties per Oregon Revised Statute, Chapter 659A.143 and federal law. The term “service animal” does not include pets, emotional support or therapy animals.
