During the workshop, we'll cover:

• The basics of safe and successful vegetable fermentation
• Self-brining ferments like sauerkraut & kimchi
• Brined vegetables like pickles
• Creative ways to use fermented foods AND their brines in the kitchen
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
• Reducing food waste and stretching your food budget through fermentation
• Planning your garden with fermentation in mind
• Recipe ideas and inspiration to get you fermenting at home

You'll leave with a better understanding of fermentation, plenty of ideas for using ferments in your everyday cooking, and inspiration to start experimenting at home.
