Coaches Meeting (Baseball Only)

NOTE: Softball Coaches Meeting will take place on Saturday, February 28th after each age division showcase.

The purpose of the pre-season Baseball Coaches Meeting is to prepare all coaches for the upcoming spring season by ensuring a clear, shared understanding of league policies, expectations, and priorities. This meeting provides an opportunity to review rules and division-specific modifications, player safety protocols, and sportsmanship standards, while outlining administrative requirements such as scheduling, rosters, communication expectations, and equipment and field operations. It also serves to align coaches on player development philosophies, age-appropriate instruction, and creating a positive experience for athletes and families, while addressing updates or changes for the season, introducing key league contacts, and providing time for questions so coaches enter the season informed, supported, and ready to lead.
