Since 1989, Ava Motherwell has been traveling across Europe in search of unique vintage and vintage-inspired beads. Her journey into the world of beads and jewelry began with upcycling costume jewelry into her own creative designs. She is constantly on the lookout for bold, colorful beads, findings and jewelry components, with a special love for pieces used in costume jewelry from the 1920s to the 1980s.
