The Fire Horse year is known for its swift movement, bold transformation, catalytic growth, and unapologetic forward momentum. It invites us to shed old skins, step into courage, and ride the flames of change with clarity and grounded purpose.

This is a very exciting time! But if we're not prepared, if we don't enter this extraordinary year with intention, we might be easily swept up and overwhelmed by the currents of energy. So join us as we take time to connect with our higher selves, our deeper wisdom, our intelligent intuition using a variety of practices including: journaling, meditation, breathwork, and movement.

No yoga experience is required.

Before we welcome the Fire Horse, we encourage you to take time to soften, reflect, and consciously close out what no longer belongs with Lauri's special soul session: "Shedding the Year of the Snake" on December 28th. She'll help you enter this workshop with clarity, openness, and a clean slate.
