Each may include a Blessed Herbal Tea or Cacao Ceremony, Somatic Release, Sound Bath, Movement, Breathwork, Conscious Writing, Dance, Emotional Integration, Nervous System Support, and Sacred Connection ?✨?

Every gathering will carry its own unique focus, intention, and healing journey depending on what we are collectively being called to move through and alchemize together in that season ✨

This is about creating a safe space to feel, release, remember, reconnect, and come home to yourself with love and compassion ??

Self-Love through Self-Acceptance with Mirror Work ?? On the longest day of Light ☀️ this is a sacred day of honoring the light within us — especially the parts of ourselves we’ve struggled to love ??

The Summer Solstice is a celebration of light — the longest day of the year. ☀️
But today is not about performing light or bypassing darkness.
It is about learning to lovingly hold every part of ourselves in the presence of light.
This is an invitation to stop hiding from ourselves… and to meet ourselves with compassion, softness, truth, and love. ? 

This gathering will be centered around:
✨ Self-Love through Self-Acceptance
✨ Mirror Work with individual mirrors provided ?
✨ Meeting yourself with compassion instead of judgment
✨ Emotional release + nervous system regulation
✨ Cacao Ceremony 
✨ Allowing yourself to be fully seen, held, supported, and witnessed in community ?

This experience is designed to be deeply nourishing and restorative for the mind, body, heart, and soul. Everything is intentionally curated to help you feel safe, supported, softened, and cared for throughout the evening ??
