Join us for a deeply restorative and therapeutic sound journey featuring up to ten gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and rain sticks. Together, these instruments combine rich, layered vibrations that support relaxation and overall well-being.
Sound has a measurable impact on the nervous system. Much like the natural resonance of a thunderstorm can evoke a sense of calm, specific sound frequencies can help regulate brain activity. Research indicates that sound therapy slows brain waves, moving you from an alert state into deep relaxation.
This shift supports the body’s transition from “fight or flight” into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state, which plays a critical role in reducing stress, improving mood, and promoting physical and emotional recovery where real healing and happiness can begin.
During the session, you’ll simply rest in a comfortable position while allowing the sound vibrations to travel through your body. Many participants report reduced tension, improved clarity, and a lasting sense of balance.

Please bring a mat, pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable on the wood floor. We have a limited supply of mats, blankets and bolsters in the space for use as well.
