Mending Hearts Unite: Women’s Peer Group 💗



Begin with a gentle guided meditation and grounding yoga flow to arrive fully in your body. This special gathering includes trust-building partner stretches to support connection and shared presence, followed by time to reflect and journal your experience. We’ll then transition into a cozy tea-party style talking circle and a Galentine’s-themed craft to celebrate friendship, self-love, and community.

What to bring: a journal, and an open heart and open mind. 💕
