Please join us for two wonderful free classes to celebrate International Yoga Day and Make Music Fairfield! 

8-9 am - Mixed Levels - Brianna Tantimonaco
9-10 am - Sound bath - Ingrid Prueher

Registration is required per person attending this free event. Please do not book more than one reservation per name. Each person must have their own profile, and the waiver must be signed by the individual participating. This will save you and us time at check-in. We've had over a 130 folks show up each year. 

Mixed Levels:
Our Mixed Levels classes are appropriate for students with knowledge of foundational poses and practices. Instructors will offer poses and pace in a way that allows you to choose the level of challenge that best suits your practice. Please bring your own props for modifications and alternatives. So, whether you’ve been practicing for a while or you’re newer to the practice - this class is for you.

Sound Bath:
Join us for a guided meditation and sound bath healing using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and more to put you in a deep meditative state. These healing frequencies promote healing at the cellular level releasing any stagnant energy in the body. Other benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and an overall sense of calm and peace. 

Beach sticker not required for this event. This is a free event, please feel free to invite your friends and family. Please bring your own props for this event. Registration is required for anyone participating for this free event.
