This intimate retreat weaves together breath, movement, creativity, connection, and rest, creating space for you to slow down, feel supported, and rediscover the beauty that already lives within you.

We’ll begin by settling into the body with guided breathwork, followed by a mindful reflection and oracle cards to spark insight and intention. From there, you’ll be guided through a light somatic yoga flow practice designed to release tension, invite ease and support your nervous system.

Throughout the day, you’ll be invited into simple and meaningful experiences:

- Grounding with our beloved community
- Light somatic flow yoga
- Mindful eating experience
- Create your own mini mala to take home
- Playful poolside gathering with dinner
- Cacao ceremony and floating sound bath

As the day unfolds, we’ll set a personal intention before transitioning into a truly special closing experience - a cacao ceremony followed by our floating sound bath!

As you rest on the water, supported and held, you’ll be immersed in layered sound and vibration designed to calm your nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation. It’s a moment of integration, stillness, and quiet magic.

We’ll close the day with a simple gratitude circle, leaving you feeling lighter, more connected, and gently renewed. 

Come as you are - Leave feeling softer, clearer, and a little more like yourself.

Rates are as follows:
Early bird- Now until May 31 
$250 - Active unlimited pass holders
$275- General public 

After June 1st 
$275 - Active unlimited pass holders
$300- General public 

Fees include a personal mini mala with essential oil, an afternoon snack and poolside dinner! And did we mention a FLOATING SOUND BATH IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL POOL ON THE PLANET?!?

This will start at the WOW property and end in paradise, which is just over a mile drive :)
