These classes cover all nine aspects of diabetes self-management and are taught by a multidisciplinary team including a registered dietitian, pharmacist, physical therapist. The classes are led by Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and RN Amy Martin.  Insurance is billed, and registration is required. To register call the JCHC Clinics at 641-472-4156.
