- **Event Description**: We're excited to share we will be back at Marsh Lake in Fairfield, OH! 

Beginner SUP:
This session will include a brief safety overview of how to properly hold the paddle and position yourself on the board, how to get on and off, how to safely fall off the board, and how to make turns. This will be followed by a trip around the lake, as a group. 

SUP Yoga: 
This session will start with basic instruction for Paddle boarding (how to properly hold the paddle and position yourself on the board, how to get on and off, how to safely fall off of the board, and how to make turns). Once people are feeling confident on their board, we will begin a gentle yoga flow. 

All equipment provided (paddleboard, paddle, life vest, leg leash). Age 12 and over. (Under age 18 must be with an enrolled adult.) A waiver will be signed prior to the start of event.

* For SUP Yoga - Bring your own Board Option: If you would like to attend and bring your own paddleboard, there will be a discount code when registering. Fee $20. Please arrive 30 minutes early to inflate your board and be prepared for instruction at the designated start time.
