Rabbi Joshua Ackerman, JSSA Hospice Chaplin and Chelsea Swink, JSSA Hospice RN Clinical Intake Director – Compassionate end-of-life care and family support
Shirah Cohen, Senior Real Estate Specialist (RLAHre.com) – Realtor specializing in later-life transitions, downsizing, and aging-related housing decisions
Ellen Suls MacDonald, Community Liaison, Northern Virginia Jewish Funerals – Jewish funeral traditions, rituals and guidance
Vanessa Rosengart, Aging Lifecare Manager, Elder Care Consultants (eldercc.com) – Aging life care management, care coordination, advocacy, and guidance to help older adults and their families navigate complex care decisions, aging transitions, and long-term care planning.
Moderated by Shari Berman, Pozez JCC Adult Enrichment Director

Through real-life scenarios, panelists will address the questions families often avoid—but need to ask. There will be time for Q&A and exploring resources after the presentations. Light refreshments will be served. Come learn, ask questions, and leave better prepared for what’s next.
