Everyone age 2 and older must have a ticket. EagleBank Arena now has a CLEAR BAG POLICY: Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with no obstructed inside pockets. Bag must not exceed 12"x12"x6". Bag may be a 1 gallon plastic zip lock style bag. A clutch style bag/purse (non-clear) is also allowed and must not exceed 5"x7". Full details at EagleBank Arena.com. All tickets are mobile delivery. Accessibility
Wheelchair seating available in each corner (Portals 4 & 8). Wheelchair balconies are on the level where you enter the building. There are no permanent seats on the balcony, so any size chair/scooter will fit. We have padded folding chairs to sit beside the wheelchair for the companion(s). For some events wheelchair seating is also available on the floor, and must be an aisle seat. We have an elevator to go from concourse level to floor level. There are rare occasions due to production of an event that the elevator is not available. Please check with the venue before making your purchase.

Limited Mobility (Semi-Ambulatory) seating is available in row F, which is level with the concourse where you enter. There are no stairs to climb to access the seats in row F of sections 101-130. The seats in rows AA-E are down the stairs, and rows G-Z are up the stairs.
