Shed Winter's stagnation and embrace the energy of new beginnings with a Springtime Sound Bath. This evening’s sound bath will include a guided meditation to set your seasonal intentions along with soothing vibrations from healing instruments to promote deep relaxation and cellular harmony.

Please dress comfortably for the evening.

Remember to bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time.
