In this workshop, you will learn about the negative effects of poor sleep and discover how to improve their “sleep hygiene.” You will also learn relaxation techniques specifically designed to calm the mind at night and improve sleep quality.

Workshop is available to Mason student (including alumni and prospective students), faculty, and staff.
