Ellen Fulton is a Founder of the Washington Coaching Group and MCC Director of Training for the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being professional certificate program at George Mason University. With a global focus, Ellen has extensive experience working with leaders and teams from first-line to C-suite across a variety of industries, including the federal government, corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and universities. At George Mason University, she has held the positions of Director for the Mason Institute for Leadership Excellence and Co-Director of the Advanced Coaching Program. She has advanced training in adult development, somatics, team coaching, appreciative inquiry, and presence-based coaching.  Ellen holds the highest designation awarded by the International Coach Federation of Master Certified Coach (MCC).
