Kat will help you to explore the history of the mala, and break down the step by step process of creating mala beads infused with the power of your intentions and prayers, personalizing your beautiful hand made talisman for your own meditative practice. Embed your mala with mantra, and enjoy the company of other like minded yogis. Choose from various wooden and glass beads, & guru beads. Lunch and tea will be served. Menu TBA
