Colors and Connection

Colors and Connection is a program that combines mindfulness, creativity, and connection. In this program, you will get to experience a one-hour-long facilitated session featuring reflective and creative activities. Colors and Connection is a great fit for you if you want to:

- Boost self-confidence and creative problem-solving
- Establish connections with other students in a welcoming environment
- Strengthen skills such as emotional awareness and connection
- Engage in personal growth and individuality
- Focus more and increase productivity
- Learn skills to navigate both mental health and goal achievement
