About the event

Author Event: Alexander Rose
Join George Mason University Libraries for an evening with Alexander Rose, acclaimed historian and author of Washington's Spies: The Story of America's First Spy Ring, which inspired the electric AMC television series TURN: Washington's Spies. This next featured speaker in our popular Historical Intelligence Speaker Series will detail the story of George Washington's personal spies, the Culper Ring.

Come hear more about espionage during the Revolutionary War period — all the more important as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States!

Books will be available on-site for purchase courtesy of Bards Alley and a signing will follow the event.
