Our contracted adaptive trainers will work with all in attendance to safely guide workout drills that can benefit you in each section of the adaptive gymNo Early access or entry to gym to use equipment!!!If class sign up is full please utilize the waitlist system.Waitlist records participants first come first serve. This is the general rule, but for trainer and participant safety AFL reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather even if MetroAccess has not canceled service.Participants will be notified BY EMAIL if the event is canceled.
