- **Event Name**: Cheese Making
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 16 May, 2026 at 10:00 am – Sat, 16 May, 2026 at 12:00 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: Presented at Happy Wife Acres

Using common kitchen tools, we will make fresh mozzarella cheese from store-bought milk. Participants will watch the process as milk transforms into cheese, and then taste the cheese, along with fresh tomatoes and basil. Using the leftover whey, we’ll then make ricotta cheese. And if that’s not enough, we’ll make cottage cheese! Each attendee will get to taste the cheeses, and leave with some of the fresh mozzarella cheese, the printed recipe, and enough rennet to make cheese yourself at home. Learn how quick and easy it is to make your own fresh cheese!
