Beginners welcome!

This camp is taking place both days, Monday, 1/5 and Tuesday, 1/6 of 2026. Camp is both days from 9am-Noon hosted at Golden Heart Performing Arts.

No experience is necessary! This half-day camp is perfect for novice students ages 6+ with any level of experience, including none at all. Camp is high-energy focusing on the essential NINJA skills: aerial power holds, controlled climbs, ninja rolls, handstand prep, balance challenges, strength drills and of course, the obstacle course designed for agility, coordination and confidence building!

Students should bring a water bottle with their name on it and a snack! Wear fitted athletic clothing but bring layers to protect your skin. No velcro or metals like buttons, jewelry and sequence!

Camp is hosted by Coach Athena!

$100 per person.
