THE AURORA IS OUT!
Join us in the Great Hall at UAF under the brilliant Aurora Lights.  We’ll practice with the knowledge that the snow will stop, the sky will clear, and we’ll see the Northern Lights reflected in the new snow.  A gentle warm-up followed by a mindful flow, reflecting, like the lights overhead, on the here and now.  No regrets, no anticipation, just lots of cues - perhaps looking at a few poses from a new perspective.

$5 suggested donation

Class is moving 1/10/26 to the Great Hall at UAF (1708 Tanana Loop, Fairbanks), which is directly outside the Davis Concert Hall

UAF Yoga Club is donation-based, so give what you can.  If you can't donate, please still come and practice with us.   Donations go to pay teachers and support yoga in the community.  We have yoga mats and other props to borrow if you don’t have your own.
