10:00am-6:00pm Exhibit Hall open in the Gold Room, Minto Room, and Yukon Room
11:00am-5:00pm Workshops in the Rampart Room, Chena Room, and Northern Latitudes

Exhibit hall and workshops (IDEA families): No charge
Exhibit hall and workshops (non-IDEA families): Admission is $20/family. These can be pre-purchased at our office for the discounted price of $15/family. If you don't live near an office, you can mail a check to pre-purchase admission.

There is plenty of free parking at the Westmark, both in front of and behind the building. (Exhibit hall is located closest to the back entrance.)
The Westmark has a restaurant near the Exhibit Hall, The Red Lantern, and there are other places to eat nearby, since the hotel is downtown.

Driving Directions from Fairbanks Airport to Westmark Fairbanks:
1. Exit airport - You will be on Airport Way.
2. Drive about 5 miles through town.
3. Turn left on Noble St. (There is a NAPA on that corner.)
4. The hotel is about two blocks ahead on the right-hand side.
Keynote speaker Brian Wasko:
Brian is the founder and director of WriteAtHome and a homeschooling father of four girls. Brian has been a high school English teacher at a low-income public school, Christian rapper, youth pastor, teacher of a weekly writing class for homeschoolers in his area (and later a literature class), blogger, and Uber driver! He and his wife Melanie homeschooled their four daughters and run WriteAtHome from their home in Virginia Beach, VA. He loves encouraging homeschoolers of all ages, and inspiring students and homeschooling parents to accomplish more than they think they can.
