This class meets MONDAYS, 6-7pm for a duration of 8 weeks, beginning January 12th, 2026.
This course is designed specifically for adults seeking to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall joint health. This 60-minute session will guide you through a series of deep stretches and mindful movement techniques that target common areas of tightness and discomfort in the body, promoting relaxation, injury prevention, and enhanced quality of life.
As we age, our muscles and connective tissues naturally lose flexibility and elasticity, which can lead to stiffness, discomfort, and reduced range of motion. This course focuses on stretching exercises that are gentle yet effective, offering profound benefits for joints, muscles, and connective tissue. Participants will explore slow, deliberate movements, supported by proper breath work and alignment, creating a safe environment to increase flexibility and ease.
We will spend 10-15 minutes of class gently stretching the greater body as a whole, as well as targeting specific areas requested by students that particular week.
No prior stretching experience is necessary.
This class the perfect opportunity to increase your flexibility, relieve pain, and feel more mobile, all while learning to stretch in a mindful and accessible way tailored to the needs of a mature adult body.
