Class details: This unique series is designed as a set of four focused transformative sessions.
Every session offers a deep dive into a specific area of the body, combining breath work,
yoga postures, and meditation to unlock greater health, vitality, and balance.
We’ll journey together through intentional breath practices that guide you gently into the body’s layers,
paired with targeted yoga exercises to expand your awareness and vitality in that area.
Meditations will support your healing process, helping you cultivate harmony and ease from within.
This four week series of Kundalini Yoga is focusing on enlivening our body systems to prepare us for the rigors of winter. We will work with a different system each week targeting circulation, moving the lymph system, and strengthening the core.
This course is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Bring a mat and blanket or something to cover yourself.
