Class details: Chair Yoga is a gentle, seated yoga practice that can be beneficial for people with mobility limitations, injuries, or certain medical conditions. Chair yoga boosts strength, enhances flexibility and balance, and improves mental well-being.
. Students will progress from learning the basics of practicing yoga with a chair to becoming confident with moving and breathing in a coordinated manner.



Cancellation Policy:
*No refunds, but we will give you a store credit for a future class or event, if we are notified 24 hours before the start of class.
