We’ll head out toward the American River Trail and stay on the road (along the trail - there are typically only a few cars) so there’s plenty of room for strollers and chatting.

We’ll be back around 11:30 AM
Optional coffee hang after

What to Expect
• 10–15 min walking warm-up
• 10 rounds of 3 min walk / 1 min run (we're progressing to 2 min run / 2min walk)
• 10–15 min walking cool-down

Walking the entire time is totally okay

Come late, leave early, or turn back, no pressure
