Our Winter Waistline Challenge begins 12/1 and gives you a simple, supportive way to check in with yourself and track real, meaningful progress using our InBody scan and waist measurements.
Whether you’re already a Kaia girl or brand new, here’s how to join:

Join the challenge with a simple $30 buy-in.
At the end of December, if your numbers stay stable or improve — whether that’s inches, body composition, or muscle-to-fat ratio — you’ll get $15 back.
The rest goes into our prize pot!
Two winners will split the pot based on:
🏆 Greatest improvement in body composition (from your InBody results)
🏆 Most inches lost around the waistline
This challenge isn’t about a number on the scale — it’s about making small shifts during a busy season and feeling good doing it.

📏 MEASUREMENT SCHEDULE

📅 Sunday, 11/30: 8:45-9:15am
📅 Sunday, 11/30: 4-5pm
We’ll take a quick InBody scan + waistline measurement — fast & simple!
Can’t make these times? Just message us and we’ll coordinate something close to 12/1.
Final check-ins will be on New Year’s Eve before/after classes (early is okay — late is not 😉).
