Douglas Puterbaugh is a highly respected professional trainer, instructor, and clinician with over 25 years of experience. He is the founder and operator of Puterbaugh Dressage Sport, a premier equestrian training program dedicated to developing riders and horses at every level.

A USDF Gold and Silver Medalist, Douglas is also the author of “The Seven Deadly Sins of Dressage.”

He is a graduate of the USDF L Judges Program and has trained horses through the Grand Prix level, earning recognition from top professionals across the United States, Europe, and Canada.

Douglas has coached numerous amateur and professional riders, and when he’s not in the arena, he enjoys playing the cello.
Clinic Format

This clinic is intentionally kept small and intimate to ensure personalized instruction.
Each rider receives one 45-minute private session per day and may bring one complimentary auditor.

Facility Amenities
Participants will enjoy a comfortable and professional environment with:
• Indoor lunging arena
• Heated aisleways
• Heat throughout the main arena
• Indoor wash stalls
• Quality synthetic footing
Clinic Fees
Lunch is provided daily for all clinic participants.

2-Day Clinic – $550
Includes: stall, stall cleaning, and two clinic sessions.
1-Day Clinic – $300
(Offered only if space allows)
Includes: stall, stall cleaning, and a single clinic session.
Additional shavings: $8 per bag
