Olga Medina, founder of Simply You Hair Studio – a woman and minority-owned business in Bergen County. A native of Mexico with 25 years of experience working in salons in the U.S., she has always wanted to help people look and feel their best and express themselves in their own unique way.
The three words that best define her are “passionate,” “caring,” and “creative.” And one of the things that truly inspires her creativity is her clients. As a woman with straight hair who is passionate about curls, she has pushed herself to find a way to help her “curly hair community.”
Years of concentrated work led her to develop the ultimate curly haircut. The Simply You Curly Cut enhances your curls while taking into account your personality, the shape of your face, hair texture, and favorite trends.
Today her entire team is trained in this specialized skill, as well as in what she calls the “Simply You Technique”. They focus on creating dimensional coloring and personalized cuts while maintaining healthy hair and enhancing each client’s natural beauty and diversity.
