- **Event Description**: The Friends of Chester Woods Annual Meeting is coming on October 25. All are welcome. Our annual review and park highlights will begin in the park office at 10:30. We invite you to join us for lunch after the meeting. FOCW is providing the main course. We are asking our attendees to bring either a side dish or dessert. 
After lunch, we will have some volunteer projects in the park to choose from. We really encourage your participation in our "Craze in the Maze" event from 2 to 4 on October 25. FOCW helps the park maintain a year-round prairie maze near the picnic shelters. 
We look forward to seeing you at our annual meeting, including members and non-members. Our annual dues are a very reasonable $15.00. Volunteering at our county parks is an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
