I will guide you to relax with a sound meditation in beautiful healing sounds, helping to release stress and tension, and gently balancing you back into harmony effortlessly whilst you lie comfortably on a mat.𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆I play various instruments around and over the body so you can feel the effects of these beautiful healing sound vibrations. I will immerse you in a soothing soundscape, playing around and over the body so that the vibrations can be fully absorbed and appreciated. All you have to do is breathe and receive.Sound healing is an ancient art used for thousands of years for calming and tuning the mind while re-balancing the body by releasing tension and subtle energetic blockages. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and simple yet profound way to connect with the centre of our being. To see how the sound vibrations work, please see my video below. I then invite you to be bathed in the healing sounds of the Singing Bowl, Gong, Hand pan, Shamanic Drum, Sansula, Koshi Bells, and Rainstick. I will immerse you in a soothing soundscape, playing around and over the body so that the vibrations can be fully absorbed and appreciated whilst you lie down comfortably on your mat.You will require:A yoga mat to lie on (I will provide this if you don’t have one), a blanket (or duvet or sleeping bag if you wish), a pillow or cushion, and comfortable clothes. You may also wish to bring an eye pillow (I can also provide this if you wish to use one). Please bring as much as you think you might need to be relaxed and comfortable lying on the floor!Location:Exton village hall, Oakham Rd, Exton, Oakham LE15 8AP. Exton village hall is 7 mins drive from Oakham, 16 mins from Stamford, 16 mins from Uppingham, 26 mins from Melton, 31 mins from Corby, 31 mins from Peterborough and 30 mins from Grantham. It is a beautiful village just 2 minutes drive from Barnesdale gardens and 4 minutes from Rutland Water north shore.You will require:A yoga mat to lie on (I will provide this if you don’t have one), a blanket (or duvet or sleeping bag if you wish), a pillow or cushion, and comfortable clothes.
